If you recently received an email from Google Analytics with the following subject line,
"Action required: Your Google Analytics reports will stop being mailed soon."
this short blog post is for you.

Important notice to our clients:

As of June 2012, Google Analytics will no longer be supporting the old emailer and any scheduled email reports will stop mailing.

If you have received an email from Google Analytics with the subject line noted above, you do not need to take any action except to contact us and we will do the rest.
We will then re-schedule your report so you continue to receive your weekly site analytics in the new format.

If you're not our client:

If you are not already using this powerful free tool from Google check it out here
If you need a hand getting Google Analytics set up to start monitoring how your website is performing for your business, please email us

Take a minute to look at your reports to understand how your website is performing.

Last month Google announced the addition of scheduling email reports and PDF’s in the new version of Google Analytics. This is an opportunity to "reset" your scheduled emails.

Consider which scheduled emails have been most helpful and be sure to recreate those in the new interface. The new Google Analytics has some reporting differences and additional metrics that you may want to take advantage of when drafting new scheduled emails. Again, as our client we look after this for you.

If you haven't recently talked to a digtial marketing consultant at Itag Media, this is a great opportunity to review the performance of your website to gain a better understanding of your reports.

Here's to your online success!
